Creating growth and change through Design Thinking.

Embrace creativity

We enable you to create meaningful and lasting change in your organisation through our distinctive, solutions-focused approach.

In looping back and iterating through ideas, Design Thinking lets you and your team discover what’s right - rather than being told by an ‘outsider’.

Understanding what makes people tick is job one –whether it’s your teams or customers. We have data and research capabilities to ensure solutions are both creative and rigorously tested.

Discover from within

Our approach helps you explore the issues you face in a fresh, creative way - helping to step you towards meaningful and impactful change.

Design Thinking is not limited to any one type of sector, organisation, department or even individual - its very essence is to enable you to tease out and solve issues, through authentic and honest dialogue.

And when the solutions are your own… you own them.

There’s powerful evidence that embedding Design Thinking and making it part of the way you problem-solve spurs innovation & growth.

  • Forrester found these companies cut initial design and alignment by 75 percent which delivered cost savings of up to $872,000 and increased profits by roughly $1.1M for major projects.

  • IBM, Google, Airbnb, PepsiCo and Nike are just a few of the wildly successful brands that consider Design Thinking a core part of their culture and way of doing business.

  • A study by Adobe found 78 percent of companies that prioritize design have a defined process for coming up with new digital customer experience (CX) ideas; and 83 percent have formal systems in place to test ideas with customers.

  • Half of design led companies surveyed by Adobe say Design Thinking results in more satisfied and loyal customers ; and 41 percent report greater market share as an advantage of having advanced design practices.

We’ve got this

Whether it’s helping established and class-leading brands hone their offering, or awakening tired brands to new markets and potential, our process has been key. Liberating teams from overly complicated decisions for Health Care provision, to attaining sustainability targets in plastics production, we’ve helped many an organisation unleash their full potential.

By reframing business from a new perspective, it’s simply amazing what can be achieved.

Don’t take our word for it

“Edward Verity supported our growing business. They are professional, honest and capable in the strategic work they delivered. Unlike other consultants they have done the day job in companies like P&G and so understand the challenges a real business faces. I recommend them highly - and we have in fact asked them to continue working with us to deliver another project.”

— Sir Michael Colman (former Reckitt & Colman CEO) —
